The short version
Dynamics Mend offers corporate physiotherapy in Noida: on-site sessions for offices and housing societies, as part of a workplace wellness day or on their own. A visit is a screening camp, where each person gets a 10 to 15 minute one-to-one check of their pain, movement and desk habits, or a 30 to 45 minute ergonomics talk with a live desk-stretch demo, or both on the same day. There is no minimum team size. The price depends on team size, hours and location, and you get a written quote before anything is booked. Individual health details stay between the employee and the physiotherapist.
We have run sessions for small companies in Noida, and health camps in housing societies and at community events. We keep client and organisation names off our website.
What we can run for your team
Three formats. Most teams start with the first two on the same day: the talk for everyone, then one-to-ones for whoever wants one.
Pain and posture checks, one-to-one
One or two physiotherapists set up at your office for a few hours. Each person gets 10 to 15 minutes: where it hurts and since when, a quick movement and strength check, a look at how they sit and work, and two or three exercises written down for them.
Desk pain, explained in 30 to 45 minutes
Why sitting all day hurts, a good-enough setup for laptops, chairs, mouse and calls, and a 2-minute routine the whole room does together. Questions at the end. In a meeting room, or over video for hybrid teams.
Treatment only for those who want it
Employees who need proper treatment can book our Sector 52 clinic or a home visit on their own at our standard published fees, or start with a free first 30-minute teleconsultation. Nobody is pushed into a package at the camp.
Want a physiotherapist at your office every week or fortnight? Talk to us. It depends on team size, location and our schedule, so we only agree to a regular day when we can run it properly.

What a camp day looks like
A short planning call
We ask about team size, working hours, the complaints you hear most, and the space you have. A meeting room, two tables and a few chairs is enough. The date and the quote are confirmed in writing.
A slot sheet for your team
We share a simple sign-up sheet so people pick a 15-minute slot and nobody stands in a queue. Walk-ins are fine when slots are free.
On the day
Our physiotherapists arrive before the first slot, run the talk if you booked one, then the one-to-ones. Every person leaves with their own short note: what is likely going on, and the two or three exercises that matter for them.
After the camp
If you want it, HR gets a short summary with overall numbers only, such as how many people reported neck or back pain. Never names, never individual findings.
What we usually find in office teams
Office workers are a big part of who we treat at our Sector 52 clinic, a short drive from the Sector 62 office belt. The same complaints come up again and again:
- Neck stiffness and tension headaches by evening, see neck pain physiotherapy
- Lower back pain after long meetings or long drives, see back pain treatment in Noida
- A burning spot between the shoulder blades, usually on the mouse side
- Forearm, wrist and elbow pain from long hours on the mouse and keyboard, see tennis elbow treatment
- Rounded shoulders and a forward head that stay even after you move, see posture correction
Most of this is not dangerous, and most of it responds well to small changes made early. That is the point of a camp: catching the 4 pm neck ache before it becomes a long-running problem. Our desk-job back and neck pain guide has the full routine we teach.
For housing societies and RWAs
We also run health camps in housing societies, usually on a weekend morning in the clubhouse or community hall. The crowd is different from an office. There is more knee pain, back pain and worry about balance, and many families with an elderly parent recovering from a fall or a surgery.
- Knee and back pain checks, with honest advice on what physiotherapy can and cannot fix
- Balance and fall-risk checks for older residents
- Guidance for families caring for someone after a surgery, stroke or fracture
- Desk and posture checks for residents who work from home
Residents who need ongoing care can continue at our clinic, or with home physiotherapy in Noida, which suits seniors and anyone who finds travel hard. For families dealing with a parent's fall, our guide to hip fracture recovery at home walks through the first weeks.

Who runs it
Camps and talks are planned by Dr. Purti Shukla, founder of Dynamics Mend, who holds a BPT and an MPT in Sports Physiotherapy and is certified in dry needling and cupping. They are run by physiotherapists from our team of 8+, the same people who work at our Sector 52 clinic and on home visits across Noida. The clinic has treated 750+ patients and holds a 5.0 rating from 75+ Google reviews.
How pricing works
We do not publish one fixed corporate price, because a 15-person team and a 200-person floor need very different things. The quote depends on:
- How many people, and how many hours on site
- A talk, a screening camp, or both
- Where you are in Noida, or Greater Noida West
- Whether the talk is in person or over video
You get the quote in writing before you confirm. There is no minimum team size. Employees who later choose treatment pay our standard fees, listed on our pricing page.
Plan a camp or talk for your team
Tell us a little about your team. We call back within 30 minutes during clinic hours (10 AM to 9:30 PM, Friday closed) to plan it with you. Your organisation's name stays private.
Frequently asked questions about corporate physiotherapy
Do you run physiotherapy camps at offices in Noida?
Yes. We have run on-site sessions for small companies in Noida, and health camps in housing societies and at community events. Our physiotherapists bring what they need for the checks. You provide a room, two tables and a few chairs. We do not name client companies or societies on our website.
What happens at an office physiotherapy camp?
Each person who signs up gets a 10 to 15 minute one-to-one with a physiotherapist: where it hurts and since when, a quick movement and strength check, a look at how they sit and work, and two or three exercises written down for them. If you also book the ergonomics talk, it usually runs first for the whole group. Anyone with warning signs is told plainly what needs a doctor, and how urgently.
How long is the ergonomics talk or workshop, and can it be online?
The talk takes 30 to 45 minutes including questions. It covers why sitting all day hurts, a good-enough desk setup for laptops, chairs, mouse and calls, and a 2-minute routine the whole group does together. It works in a meeting room or over video, which suits hybrid and remote teams.
How much does a corporate physiotherapy camp cost?
It depends on the number of people, the hours on site, whether you want a talk, a screening camp or both, and where you are. We do not publish one fixed corporate price for that reason. You get a written quote before you confirm anything. Employees who later choose treatment pay our standard published clinic or home-visit fees.
Is there a minimum team size?
No. We work with small teams too. For a very small group, a talk over video or a few people visiting our Sector 52 clinic can make more sense than an on-site camp, and we will tell you honestly which option fits.
Will the company see employeesβ health information?
No. What an employee tells our physiotherapist stays between them and us. If you want a summary, HR gets overall numbers only, such as how many people reported neck or back pain. We never share names or individual findings, and we only contact employees who ask us to.
Do you run camps in housing societies and RWAs?
Yes, usually on a weekend morning in the clubhouse or community hall. Society camps see more knee pain, back pain and balance concerns, and families asking about a parent recovering from a fall or surgery. Residents who need ongoing care can continue at our clinic or with home physiotherapy.
Which areas do you cover?
On-site camps and talks across Noida, and Greater Noida West on request. Talks over video work from anywhere. Our clinic is at E-132, E-Block, Sector 52, Noida, a short drive from the Sector 62 office belt.
What if someone at the camp has a serious problem?
A camp is a screening, not a treatment session. Chest pain or pressure, breathlessness, new weakness in an arm or leg, or any change in bladder or bowel control means we stop the check and tell the person to get emergency care straight away: call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Pain that spreads down an arm or leg with tingling or numbness, pain that wakes them at night, or pain after a fall needs a doctor soon, and we explain why. Nobody is pushed into a package at the camp.
