Use of Our Services

• Our physiotherapy services are provided by qualified BPT and MPT physiotherapists at our Sector 52 Noida clinic and at patient homes across Noida.
• All treatment plans are personalised based on clinical assessment. Outcomes vary by patient, condition, and adherence.
• You agree to provide accurate medical history and disclose any conditions, medications, or allergies relevant to your treatment.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked via call, WhatsApp, or our website.
• Please give at least 4 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Repeated no-shows may affect future booking priority.

Fees and Payments

• Session fees are as stated on our Pricing page and at the time of booking.
• Payments are accepted in cash, UPI, debit and credit cards, and bank transfer.
• Package fees are non-refundable once started, but unused sessions can be transferred or extended in special circumstances.
