Spinal Manipulation in Noida

Searching for a chiropractor in Noida? We are physiotherapists, not chiropractors. Many people simply want skilled hands-on treatment for a stiff back or neck, and our physiotherapists do spinal and joint manipulation after a proper safety screen, paired with the exercises that help the relief last. Sessions from ₹500 at Sector 52.

📌 Quick Answer · Spinal Manipulation

Spinal manipulation is a quick, controlled, hands-on movement applied to a stiff spinal joint, often with a pop or click. Physiotherapists trained in manual therapy use it, along with gentler mobilisation, for back pain, neck pain and upper-back stiffness. It is not the same as seeing a chiropractor: we are physiotherapists, and manipulation is one tool inside a full plan that includes exercise. At Dynamics Mend in Sector 52 Noida, every patient is screened for safety first, and sessions cost ₹500 to ₹800.

You bend to pick something up and your lower back locks. Or you wake up and cannot turn your head. A friend says, "Go get it cracked." Hands-on treatment can give real relief in these moments, and done safely, it is a good tool.

Two things matter more than the crack itself: checking it is safe for you, and doing the exercises that keep the joint moving afterwards. Without the second part, the stiffness often comes back. Our goal is to get you moving and keep you independent.

Physiotherapist or Chiropractor: What Is the Difference?

Chiropractors

A Separate Profession

Chiropractors belong to a different profession with its own training. If you specifically want a chiropractor, that is not what we are.

Our physiotherapists

Manipulation Inside a Full Plan

We are physiotherapists. We use manipulation and mobilisation when the assessment shows they will help, and combine them with exercise, posture work and advice.

For most people with a stiff, painful back or neck, the question is not the title on the door. It is whether the person treating you checks it is safe, explains what they are doing and gives you a way to stay better. That is what we do.

What Manipulation Can Help With

  • Sudden low back pain or a back that has "locked" after bending: see back pain treatment
  • A stiff, painful neck, including desk-job neck pain: see neck pain treatment
  • Upper-back stiffness and tightness between the shoulder blades
  • Headaches that start from the neck
  • Pain around the sacroiliac joint and pelvis
  • A stiff rib or upper back after sleeping awkwardly
  • Stiff ankles, wrists, elbows and shoulders after an injury has healed
  • Posture-related stiffness: see posture correction

Is the Crack Your Bones Going Back in Place?

No. The pop is usually a small gas bubble releasing inside the joint, the same thing that happens when you crack your knuckles. Nothing is being "put back". The relief comes from the joint moving more freely and the nervous system calming the muscle guarding around it. A good treatment does not need a crack to work, and gentler mobilisation is often just as effective.

Safety First: How We Screen Before Any Manipulation

01
Step 01

History and Warning Signs

Recent falls or accidents, cancer history, unexplained weight loss, fever and night pain are checked before anyone touches your spine.

02
Step 02

Nerve Check

Numbness, weakness and reflexes are tested, so a nerve problem is not treated like a simple stiff joint.

03
Step 03

Neck and Bone Health

For neck treatment we ask about dizziness and other warning symptoms. We also ask about osteoporosis and long-term steroid use.

04
Step 04

Right Technique, With Consent

Many patients start with gentle mobilisation. Manipulation is used only when it suits you, and only after we explain it and you agree.

When We Will Not Manipulate

⚠️ We do not manipulate the spine in these situations

  • Emergency, go to hospital: numbness around the groin or buttocks, or new problems controlling the bladder or bowel
  • Emergency, go to hospital: sudden dizziness, double vision, trouble speaking or swallowing, or a sudden severe headache or neck pain, which can be a stroke or a tear in a neck artery
  • A suspected fracture, or a recent fall or accident that has not been checked
  • Severe osteoporosis or long-term steroid use
  • Cancer, infection or active inflammatory disease affecting the spine
  • Weakness or numbness that is getting worse
  • Rheumatoid arthritis or other causes of an unstable upper neck, or a joint hypermobility disorder
  • Directly over a previous spinal fusion
  • Blood thinners or bleeding disorders: gentle techniques only
  • Pregnancy, where only gentle, modified techniques are used

If any of these apply, we use safer techniques or refer you to the right doctor instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

What people looking for a chiropractor in Noida ask us.

1. Are you chiropractors?+
No. We are physiotherapists. We use spinal and joint manipulation as one part of treatment, along with mobilisation, exercise and advice.
2. Is spinal manipulation safe?+
Serious problems, such as a stroke after neck manipulation, are rare. Screening lowers the risk but cannot remove it completely, which is why we check your history, nerves, bone health and warning signs first and often start with gentler techniques. Mild soreness for a day or two after treatment is common and settles on its own.
3. Does manipulation hurt?+
It usually feels like a quick stretch with a pop and is over in a second. Most people feel looser straight after. If you are anxious, we start with gentle mobilisation instead.
4. How many sessions will I need?+
A sudden stiff back or neck often improves in a few sessions. Longer-standing problems need a plan with exercise, set after assessment and reviewed every 4 sessions.
5. Can manipulation fix a slip disc?+
It does not push a disc back in. Disc problems are usually treated with careful, specific movement and exercise, and strong manipulation is often avoided.
6. Will I need to come every week forever?+
No. The goal is to get you moving and teach you the exercises that keep the joint free, so you need us less, not more.
7. What does spinal manipulation cost in Noida?+
At Dynamics Mend manipulation is part of a physiotherapy session. Clinic sessions are ₹500 to ₹800 all inclusive, and home visits start from ₹800.
8. Can a female physiotherapist treat me?+
Yes. A female physiotherapist is available for clinic sessions and home visits. Just ask when you book.
